Room was very clean and spacious. Although the restaurant was not yet operational I found the staff very courteous and professional. - pleasant surprise, 3 mo old hotel. Staff very courteous. Room nice and fresh, amenities nice. Free wifi internet was fast.

This was my second stay at the hotel and just as last time everything was working perfectly fine. Perfect location, smooth check-in and check-out, very nice pool and fitness facilities. During the cooler months you can walk to JBR Walk, which is only 10-15 minutes away, or you can take a stroll on the Marina Walk, which is just outside the hotel. Being connected with the Marina Mall there is plenty of shopping and dining facilities close by if you don't want to have your meals at the hotel.

The location, 5 mins to the public beach and right on "The Walk", full of shops, restaurants and hotels. Easy to get taxis and the shuttle for the Big Bus tour (outside the Movenpick hotel). Supermarket right next door, handy for breakfast items.
Lovely apartment, very comfortable bed, clean and modern. Swimming pool next door.

We booked for a twin bed but when we arrived the hotel was fully booked!
I felt so disappointed but the manger came to as and gave as a room for
that night in another movenpick hotel and arranged everything for us and
the hotel lemo toke us there,,after coming back the next day we got an
upgrade for bigger room with free breakfast and free access to the
lounge,,the hotel staff was friendly and they were always asking if we
need any help and they were updated with any order we made..

I called from Canada to ask if they could save a copy of the Khallej Times because I wanted to see the business ad I had placed before my arrival. I was pleased when one of the emplyees showed up at my door only 5 minutes after my arrival with a copy. Impressive service for my 4 days. This "Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Residence" is great I love it. The staff are always very helpful with everything I requested them and they are paying attention to everything I need to make my stay even better. Our stay was excellent and extremely enjoyable from check in to check out.

Wonderful hotel. I was extremely pleased with oriental hospitality and high quality standards. First and foremost do NOT be put off by the impending local works as you cannot hear these in/from your room. The hotel was excellent. Every member of staff was helpful, friendly, attentive and professional especially Noel in the Business centre who was very efficient in helping us with printing our airline boarding passes and who spent time with my seven year old son George. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and where some hotels fly the 5 start flag and do not deliver this
