I have stayed at the Chelsea Plaza Hotel in Dubai numerous times and it is my hotel of choice in Dubai. The value for money is terrific and the staff reflect great credit on the Dubai hotel industry. The rooms are clean, respectable, and have good WiFi connects. Staff are very quick to correct any little problems that (rarely) arise. In particular, I love The Champs Bar in the hotel. Hotel is good, worth of the money paid(budget-friendly), clean, Family oriented (no night clubs), excellent location in Bur Dubai, Meena Bazaar, Computer market, Super market, Metro station are literally within 5-10 min walking distance.

The Hotel was very good value for money. Fairly close to the Metro, comfortable large clean room and breakfast was included.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Knowing that the hotel had a nightclub that produced a lot of noise, I asked for a room on the higher floor. This was no problem.

Very nice location near the red metro line. We arrived on a very early
flight, and requested early check-in. No rooms were available at the
moment we arrived, but the staff was ok with us sleeping on the lobby
couches. We also got our room already about 10am with no extra cost. -
