In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. Overall a very comfortable stay.
We stayed in a large apartment type suite. Good level of accommodation and services. Good to have a kitchen even though it was only basically fitted out.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well.
We had a baby bed made up in the room at no additional costs - really good to have a baby made very welcome.
Location not specifically close to anything in particular but within walking distance of the metr

The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next
day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight
desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and

Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly.
Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by.
We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

I was very comfortable with this hotel; It has a wonderful service, luxury rooms, along with an amazing view of Dubai.

I chose to stay at this hotel because of its perfect location. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center. I needed to walk for less than 2 minutes to get to the entrance of the World Trade Center. The room was always clean and the staff were very friendly. I was staying on the 7th floor and the Wi-fi signal was excellent. I recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Dubai for business purposes.

Friendly staff and a much better option that an hotel. You get in the end a small apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and with daily service. Spinneys is across the street and that is so convenient. the public beach is across the street and since you are in Dubai, anything public is practically luxury. Wonderful beach. I lived in Dubai before, so I know city more or less. This hotel is comfy if you have a car or plan to use taxi. What I liked about the place was a lot of space in the rooms. There was living room and kitchen and bedroom. I could cook if I wanted, very convenient. Sheets were changed every day and bed was very big, very good night sleep every night. Internet excess and business center to fax, print or scan papers if you are on the business trip is available.
