The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. - this is something special

There is always a coffee guy who offers Arabic coffee and dates while waiting for our car to come... he was really friendly and says hi when ever we pass by...

The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. Rooms were beautifully appointed with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. The Blue Elephant Thai restaurant is wonderful! - Highly recommended hotel. Superb facilities and services in a beautifully designed hotel (in particular the swimming pool and its surroundings).

I loved the whole atmosphere of the Armani Hotel. The hospitality and great friendliness shown on arrival made us feel welcome and not just another guest. I stayed on the 40th Floor in one of the executive rooms with access to the executive lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea/coffee and sandwiches. Also included free wifi and the staff in the executive lounge were very friendly and helpful. I will return to the Gloria on my next trip. They also arranged my airport transfer both ways.

Great staff, great studio, safe location 3 minutes walk to the closest mall (Al-Ghurair Mall), 4 minute walk to closest supermarked (Spinneys). Great area to skate nearby. You have the metro very close too 5-7 min. -
