The hotel is within walking distance to Baniyas metro station and Sabkha water station which makes it accessible to public transportation. The room was more than big enough for us which is nice. Not much variation with the food served on breakfast but good enough though. In general the place is good enough for a 2 star hotel. -

Great Value for money, great service. I've been to this hotel on more than 5 occasions and plan to continue spending my weekend breaks there.
Al Ghurair Mall & Reef Mall are 3 minute walks away and there are a lot of restaurants to dine from in the Al Rigga area. There is a metro station right outside the hotel and ample access to supermarkets

It's quite perfect for a lazy weekend getaway. -
it is very close ( ~15 m) to the subway station. You can go anywhere in Dubai with a station from here including Dubai Airport terminal 3. This is a no frills hotel and it fulfil our needs in Dubai at a budget. We had a quiet room with 3 beds with little noise from the night club below. The air conditioning works which is great in hot 40 C Dubai in Sept!

It has good location for train transportation and it is in pubic area with lots of shops and restorants. It also has good breakfast in the morning. In general I am happy with the hotel facilities, cost and service.

First of all, I like the location of the hotel. It was easy for me to find a transport if I'm going to the shops. It was a quiet area. The receptionists are wonderful, I did not feel lonely one bit, the hotel taxi man, cant remember his name, he drives a hummer, he took me round dubai and never got tired of taking pictures of me which is great as a solo traveller, I got lot of wonderful pictures thanks to him. It is close to the metro station.
The rooms are really nice and comfortable.
They had breakfast there for a good price.
Aileen at the front desk really helped us by suggesting and booking the desert safari for us. She and Pappu also went out of their way to organise us transport to the airport on short notice on a friday before 1. And the driver shahJohon was really friendly and helpfull.

I read a lot of negative reviews about this hotel just after i booked the room so i was very skeptic about it but now i can say that on a budget, you cant get a better hotel in all of UAE! the staff is super friendly and prompt. The rooms on the 4th floor are very quite and good. Overall, an excellent stay and i'll stay in the panorama next time too!
