We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an
impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the
last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We
didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the
food was great. One of the days we stayed was my partners birthday and

The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

Comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of stations on TV for my daughter to watch. Surprisingly extensive breakfast provided as part of my booking. Perfect location for my needs [we always used taxis but noticed that there was a bus stop outside of the building and a two minute walk to the Metro system]. I liked the location of the hotel, It was a perfect location. Near it is the metro station and Dubai Mall, not only that, but there are a couple of coffee shops in the same building! like tim hortons and star bucks. The rooms are nice and there is a wide space in the living room. I loved it and willing to come back again

The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. - this is something special

Very friendly frontline staff willing to give me a room on the top floor. Good ambience and well laid out room. Good proximity to restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Hotel also has its own bar/restaurant inhouse. Good hotel for a night or two when passing through Dubai.

Everything. Fantastic hotel for the money. Rooms great, staff great, value for money, can't fault it for the money. Great spot as we'll being 5 mins walk from the tube and surrounded by bars and close to marina. Customer relations manageress was great (and gorgeous!!!!)

The staff were excellent, from rception to restuarant to cleaning staff, world class service. We will definitely stay here again and again. Non smoking and non alchoholic a definite plus. Comfortable rooms esp bed.
Restuarant staff were very helpful arranging early breakfast. The best we've experienced in dubai thus far.
