  Hannah was really helpful in arranging keys for us a bit earlier due to the timing of our attendance at a wedding. Excellent location, handy for Yarm High Street and perfect for what we needed for 2 x couples. Modern, well furnished apartment and breakfast pack was helpful!   Peace and quiet in the room, no traffic noise. Decent-sized room.Very good breakfast with fantastic service. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Ease of access to wedding venue and A19. Comfortable bed. We were allowed to check in early in advance of the wedding, which was kind of them.   Everything! I travel a lot and this hotel although 3 star was quite simply the best hotel I have stayed in for many years. The little touches in the room and the care the staff take to assure you are content were second to none.
