  Hannah was really helpful in arranging keys for us a bit earlier due to the timing of our attendance at a wedding. Excellent location, handy for Yarm High Street and perfect for what we needed for 2 x couples. Modern, well furnished apartment and breakfast pack was helpful! Good value and helpful, friendly staff when we collected the keys. Hoped to make it to the res - Fantastic place, no faults wot so ever, idealy close to all amenities,, can't wait to go back,, just like home from home, I would definite ly recommend these apartments to friends and family, well worth the price ,, had a fabulous time, staff/owners are so friendly and will help you promptly , I asked 4 a iron and a brand new one was there waiting for me,just a little txt and they will help you as much as poss,, thanx 4 a brilliant stay ,,

Comfortable bed. We were allowed to check in early in advance of the wedding, which was kind of them. They also provided a warm welcome throughout. It is well placed for this event, with Yarm being a delightful town with plenty of good places to eat, but around 1 hour away from the event.

  Everything! I travel a lot and this hotel although 3 star was quite simply the best hotel I have stayed in for many years. The little touches in the room and the care the staff take to assure you are content were second to none.
