Easy to find and everything to hand. Very quiet during night time hours and also parking was very convenient. Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant too.

The room was very spacious and pleasant. It also looked onto the fields and hedgerow at the back, and was quiet and peaceful.
Not the hotel's fault, but worth a mantion. I ticked for a disabled room, but this didn't come through on the booking. We got a First Floor Room. I managed it because I don't (well, refuse to) use a wheelchair. But if I had been in a wheelchair, and with no lift apparent, I would have been in quite a mess! This is why I have marked the Value for Money as 'Fair'.

A clean, basic hotel that's excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and businesslike. We stayed there because 6 months ago my wife left her handbag at this service area, and the staff there and at the hotel were incredibly helpful in getting it back to us.
No, but it is worth bearing in mind that it's not the Ritz - if you're looking for a clean, quiet place to sleep this is great. Anything more, go elsewhere.
The room was clean and comfortable
The controls on the bath were unclear and showerhead pointed so that you got wet rtrying to run the bath. One window did not close as the handle had been removed so a noisy night as constnat traffic going past on motorway. Otherwise OK.
Unfortunately eating cost a fortune with being on the motorway.

We know it's a bed factory but the receptionists (arrival and departure) were both excellent, friendly, helpful, smiling. The room was big enough and comfortable (Plug socket for laptop is too low and given all the things one needs to charge these days - mobile phone, headset, etc. there are not sufficient plugs in the room).
