The lady who keeps the hotel was lovely and ever so helpful, the rooms seemed sound proof, there is free parking (yes, a bit tricky to find but there it is in from the archway two houses towards the city centre) and being only a mile from the Warwick Castle where we went for Valentine's feast meant that we didn't have to choose who will be driving. Many thanks for a lovely time!. Mrs Bruna, the owner, is a marvellous host. I stayed for only one night and had to leave early next morning. She got up early especially to make me breakfast! I had a lovely room and had a fantastic stay. Thank you, Mrs. Bruna!. wszystkie opinie »

Good value hotel.Excellent host.Superb breakfast. close to the town centre and secure parking. Friendly service and good food. Friendly, helfpull staff. Our hostess was very hospitable and friendly, even offering to take us to work when we couldn't get a taxi.Friendly staff great breakfast, made us feel very welcome. Owner and breakfast. Close to town centre, owner very welcoming. Owner very friendly and obliging. Good breakfast. Friendly landlady and very good breakfast. location. Friendly Italian owner - good breakfast. Babysitting service offered. A very friendly hostess who tried to make us feel like at home.goo location. owners nice. Not really, although decor is a bit dated and tierd.Outside decoration. The decoration in our room was looking a little tired and could do with updating but it was clean and comfortable and was fine for the short time we stayed. The parking at the rear a bit awkward to get to but very secure. The shower was not good and the car park was at the rear of the hotel, dark to walk round to front of hotel in the evening and the road leading round the back was full of large pot holes but was told this was due to recent weather. The bathroom was not great - the gap between the wall and the loo was not enough so you couldn't really use the loo and the shower had very little space to get out. Also, it was great to have a kettle but I had to put it on the floor to boil as there was no visible power point at the table. The place also had an overpowering smell of fried food at breakfast - but it was a good breakfast!. The shower in our room could have been more powerful. Outdated, needs refurbishing. TV didn't work. Shower in poor condition. Room 5 needed was just tired decor-wise and would benifit from re-decoration; en-suite could do with a proper shower enclosure, the rail and shower curtain around the shower tray was tiny, the shower curtain clinged to you and made it very difficult to shower without getting water onto the floor. Everything was just starting to show it's age a bit, a shame as the owner was so nice.Decor very old and tired. Lots of confusing corridors. Access to parkingat rear was appalling as it was deeply pitted (huge deep puddles)Advertises evening meals but not now on offer. Needs to alter advert. The room was very small which made it difficult to move around while the toilet could only be used if the door was open...Cold water pressure in the ensuite sink was quite poor and bathroom door handle did not always work properly from inside the bathroom. no radio in room as advertised. no sky tv as advertised. too small.Very cramped esp the ensuite facilities, very thin walls so could hear next doors television very clearly. Rooms are in desperate need of modernization. It is clean but veryoutdated and cramped. I feel the room rate was far too expensive forwhat in effect is a low quality bandB.The heating was not sufficient for a visit in mid March when it's around zero outside. dirty linen, dirty room, disgusting pillows, they felt like old rags in a bag, noisy shower, too many beds cramped in room, need to remove single be, thin old sheets that you could see through on bed.
