  I needed somewhere to stay in Nottingham for one night and booked The Beeches at the last minute. For £50 I had a very comfortable bed in a room which was quiet, even though it was at the front of the hotel, a reasonable breakfast - and a very relaxing morning swim.   The suite we were given was really comfortable in an annexe (converted cottage), It was full of old world charm, tastefully decorated and had it's own beautiful cottage garden full of scented flowers. I would certainly try to book again when we are next in Nottingham. - It's hard to find better staff, it was bonfire night and the staff arranged us so we could see the fireworks while waiting for the dinner at the restaurant. Also made possible that my girlfriend could have dinner, that's rare because she's allergic to so many things that usually restaurants can't serve us. Also truly fast Wifi, we could stream HD with our netflix account.

  My only regret staying at this very clean and well managed Litmus Apartment in Nottingham was that we couldn't stay longer. An extended stay would have made it a perfect mini spa break.
