The Swimming pool was nice, the staff was extremely friendly and any inconveniences were met with generous offers and gifts to apologize. The breakfast was amazing and not extremely expensive. Room was clean , hotel was in a great location down side was the price of the drinks in the hotel bar although other bars are very close little dis organised at breakfast had to wait for a seat for ten minutes another couple came Down down and were seated immediately fire alarm was set off at 6.30am and we had to evacuate on a Sunday morning but that couldn't be helped and we did receive a letter of apology overall a good hotel with excellent facilities great location will definately be back

The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean and the attention to detail was great, and the breakfast was cooked fresh with a great selection, the whole package was great value for money. - Room was nice and dinner was excellent. - The staff were great. Hotel was lovely.

The apartments (we had number 1104) was great, very clean, all the amenities we would need for a few says without having to go to a laundromat or out to eat every night. There conveniently is a tescos right down stairs and the huge lace market and town square were also right there. -

I needed somewhere to stay in Nottingham for one night and booked The
Beeches at the last minute. For £50 I had a very comfortable bed in a
room which was quiet, even though it was at the front of the hotel, a
reasonable breakfast - and a very relaxing morning swim. The staff were

The Staff were excellent, I spend most of my Business life in Hotels all over the World, I was looking for a good value Hotel near to the City Centre, the Beeches Hotel tick all the boxes.....the fact that all the Staff we brilliant, especially the guys in the Bar whilst the football was on, was an added bonus..... keep up the great service and relaxed atmosphere, it certainly make the difference to my stay!

Liked the fact that because there were no external "views" of Nottingham there was a simulation of an internal street (Plaza?) to sit out in and eat breakfast. Very pleasant. The suite we were given was really comfortable in an annexe (converted cottage), It was full of old world charm, tastefully decorated and had it's own beautiful cottage garden full of scented flowers. It's hard to find better staff, it was bonfire night and the staff arranged us so we could see the fireworks while waiting for the dinner at the restaurant. Also made possible that my girlfriend could have dinner, that's rare because she's allergic to so many things that usually restaurants can't serve us.
Also truly fast Wifi, we could stream HD with our netflix account.

The friendliness of the staff, being able to use the spa and gym, relaxing atomosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. - Service was excellent, staff couldn't do enough for us. Facilities really nice. Local area great for relaxing.

My only regret staying at this very clean and well managed Litmus Apartment in Nottingham was that we couldn't stay longer. An extended stay would have made it a perfect mini spa break.

Fabulously appointed apartment in the heart of the city. A minute's
walk to Victoria Shopping Centre and just around the corner from the
city bars and restaurants. Modern clean decoration. Fantastic beds -
sleeping on a cloud! Excellent quiet pool, sauna and jacuzzi with
changing facilities fully inclusive for everyone including the disabled.
Our host Sunny was very helpful and friendly, and flexible about arrival
