The exterior is just like any other B and B but the rooms are amazing. Everything has been carefully thought about. A full mini bar with honesty system for payment. A proper jar of coffee with fresh milk in fridge. Snacks. A very comfortable bed. All modern bathroom with top of range toiletries. The information book in the room is so professionally done. DVDs.

The Guest House was very clean and comfortable and the staff couldn't do enough for you. They really go the extra mile eg: complimentary bottles of water, tea and coffee topped up during the day, chocolates at the side of the bed, turning the bed down and turning the lights on in the evening.

Small establishment so the personal touch made a difference. Travelling into the city centre was very quick and easy so our initial concerns about being to far out of the city were not necessary. lovely welcome from Simon and Angus the dog, room was fantastic as was the bathroom having the choice of bath or shower was fantastic, Susans BL cakes were devine so much so we brought some extras to bring home. Breakfast was amazingly good. couldnt have asked for nicer hosts nothing was too much trouble, many thanks for the lift to liverpool docks, a real home from home. The location of The Casartelli is also something which makes your sty even more spectacular, it is central to all Liverpool’s attractions. - Brilliant location. Gorgeous apartment and the staff were extremely helpful. We weren't leaving Liverpool until 5:30 on the day that we checked out and we didn't have to check out until then as the apartment wasn't in use that night. If ever in Liverpool again,will defintately stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Manager's response to our initial reaction.We had travelled over 300 miles and just wanted a nice place to recover so we were pretty grumpy. Despite the village of Heswall having no water all day due to a burst pipe locally, the staff and manager did everything they could to make the stay as seamless as possible

The apartments were clean and modern and secure and had everything you
needed home from home. Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view.
The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and
the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100%
service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely

A very pleasant surprise. A large split level apartment, quiet, well appointed, light and airy. Sky TV, WIFI, and even parking included if pre-arranged. Exceptional value for money. Central Liverpool is just out to the door. Stayed for only three nights but would have spent a week here. One of those few places that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.
