  Our room was lovely. The staff could not have been nicer. Upon our arrival theater tickets were ordered for us. We only had one night in London but were free the following day. The hotel stored our luggage and arranged transportation to the airport later that afternoon. The afternoon tea was just ok, but the setting was great. The breakfast was also wonderful. I loved having tea in the sitting room at the end of a day touring London. My room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom modern. I would definately stay again.

  The location was excellent for the theatre , shopping the tube and buses as well as walking . Every thing that you could have needed as a traveller were with in a stone throw of the accommodation. - All of the staff was very friendly! The apartment was in a great location and felt very safe. It was also very spacious!

  The Apartment was surprisingly spacious with 2 double rooms and two sofa beds in the lounge/ kitchen diner, the beds themselves were quite comfortable , the location was excellent being close to Arsenal station meaning easy access to the city centre. We did not cook but the kitchen seemed to have everything needed even washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponges etc. I have stayed in other apartments around the world and these items often are not included. Tesco express just downstairs is very useful. You check in - The location is excellent! the staff is really nice I especially like to mention Tatiana Alonso and the reception staff. They were nice, friendly and provide us very useful. The apartment is very well equipped and the folders with recommendations about restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and general information were extremely useful and accurate. .

We travelled with my mother, & a 2.5 year old kid, & it was very well - The apartment was very clean,spacious,modern,well equipped and conveniently positioned for many of the top tourist attractions. There is a perfect view of the top of the Shard from the Balcony. A real plus is that The Bus Stop is immediately outside the front door ,Waterloo Tube station only 10 minutes walk and Lambrith North Tube station only 4 minutes walk which makes for easy travel around London.There is a great variety of take-away outlets ,restaurants,pubs and supermarkets in the area .Th

  Room was good size for London, small by other standards but good for London! Bathroom was very good size for london! Overall, the room was well decorated, clean and had tea/coffee facilities,TV and was warm. Also had free wi-fi in the rooms, which was great. The area is also great,pubs, cafes and rest - The breakfast every morning is wonderful - made to order eggs, bacon, sausage, tomato & baked beans with toast, coffee, tea an array of juices, cereals and fruits! Our room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was even fairly big for London we thought. It is very close to 2 main tube stations - St. Pancras and Russell Square - both less than a five minute walk away. Staff was very helpful and there is an excellent little restaurant down the road: Burger and Shake.

  The hotel was clean and stylish with nice finishing touches such as the free soft drinks in the mini bar, ipod dock and speakers in the bathroom.
