Room was good size for London, small by other standards but good for London! Bathroom was very good size for london! Overall, the room was well decorated, clean and had tea/coffee facilities,TV and was warm. Would stay again if here for short trip, probably not suitable for a long stay trip just due to room size, could get bit tight, but again, this is normal for London, I have stayed in smaller rooms! Also had free wi-fi in the rooms, which was great. The area is also great, pubs, cafes and rest. wszystkie opinie »
The breakfast every morning is wonderful - made to order eggs, bacon, sausage, tomato & baked beans with toast, coffee, tea an array of juices, cereals and fruits! Our room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was even fairly big for London we thought. It is very close to 2 main tube stations - St. Pancras and Russell Square - both less than a five minute walk away. Staff was very helpful and there is an excellent little restaurant down the road: Burger and Shake.
Great location, right near tube stations, very cheap, nice room and bathroom (although it is small). Great hot breakfast - they catered for us as vegans. We left a cable in the hotel and they posted in on to our next hotel in Germany for free which was really nice. Staff were great.
This must be the fifth time we've stayed here. It's very convenient for St Pancras International and located within easy reach of several interesting shops, restaurants and the Brunswick Centre. Staff are friendly, the breakfast portions generous and the rooms comfortable and clean.
Clean, tidy, rooms were spacious & well equipped, on-suite was clean & shower was lovely & hot. Breakfast was good & plenty of choice for cereals, full English breakfast was plentiful. For a budget hotel, it was better than expected, would stay again :-).
Breakfast was included and is certainly a plus not to worry about it. The concierges and cleaning ladies were very kind. I had trouble with my card and they were gently and patient until I solved it. Very close to saint pancrass and russell station.
The room was clean and tidy with a few nice touches such as the pictures on the walls and a vase of flowers. The bathroom was great with a big shower, The staff were very helpful and the location was ideal for Euston station and St Pancras.
My room was small, but comfy and the receptionist was so helpfully.I arrived at midnight and it wasn't a problem. I had a small problem with the heating but he was nice and helped me at 1am!!!.
Had everything we needed was clean had a good shower comfy bed and a nice breakfast....also close to train station, and there's also a great Indian just round the corner :).
The location was very good, close to the metro (the most important thing). Pubs and stores just around the corner. The breakfast was fine and the staff very friendly.
Very clean and cosy, though small room. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Best possible location in London for City trippers, and not expensiva at all!.
Good location
Brilliant staff - very helpful and friendly
Nice breakfast, well-presented and served
Reliable wi-fi connection
Good pub right across the street.
Great location less than 10 minutes stroll from Kings Cross station. Comfortable, very clean and quiet room (room 7). Breakfast included. Friendly staff.
Staff were lovely and very helpful, nothing too much trouble attitude. The room was a nice size and nicely decorated. The en suite was a good size too.
Very friendly and clean. Polite staff and good breakfast. Excellent value for money and worth it for a night out.
Friendly staff, nice breakfast, short distance walk from the tube and
international station.
comfy bed, good breakfast, great location for Euston station. staff were friendly enough.
Good location, especially if you come with Eurostar. Clean room and good breakfast.
The staff were helpful and because they were not busy I was moved to a
bigger room.
24 hour reception available
Front door remains locked
Breakfast superb.
Not far away from activites , staff friendly. good value for money.
Good location, secure with friendly staff no problems to mention.
Very clean room. Quite comfortable, good WiFi connection.
Good value for money - decent breakfast for the cost.
Lovely B&B, all very clean and friendly staff. Really nice staff. Friendly and cosy atmosphere.
The location and staff are very friendly.
Clean and nice room, good breakfast.
spicy rooms for the given price.
Over all good value in London.
:) The internet is fast.
Location, nice room.
basic but fine.
Handy location close to many east/west, north/south bus routes and Euston station etc. Clean. good bathroom. Breakfast quite adequate with freindly service. fresh towels and room made up every day. good LED reading lights over bed.
In spite of some serious short comings and poor initial impression, were surprised that we found ourselves warming to the place (a bit) and would not completely rule out returning if we could get a better room.
The location for me was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.
The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean.
The breakfast in the morning was really nice and the waiting staff were very obliging.
Cosy small hotel in a pleasant neighbourhood of Bloomsbury (5min walk to the British Museum, 15 min to Covent garden), hot English breakfast and wifi were very nice things too! Friendly and helpful staff.
The staff we spoke with were excellent, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Wifi in the room worked well. The price was reasonable in spite of the great location.
It was in a pleasant, quiet district close to Euston station. The beds were comfortable. It was clean, a good breakfast, friendly staff.
The staff was fabulous.
Tgey alone made it worthwhilw.
The location was great.
Looked nice, was comfortable and breakfast was good.
Close to the Euston station.
Very close to a lovely italian, Balfour (across the street and to the left on the next corner when leaving the hotel). Receptionist was very prompt when I needed an ironing board.
The location is excellent. 10 minutes walking from Saint-Pancras. Very short trips in subway or bus for most of the touristic/shopping places in London.
On the first night I found the man on reception to be
accommodating, given I was staying there due to my daughter being
in great ormond street.
The mattress was very comfortable and cleaning was very fair. Breakfast was correct.
Location was good. Walking distance to Euston and other stations.
liked the position in london easy to find.
walls are very thin, could hear the couple next door, but this wasnt too big an issue as we were not in the room that much, neither were they!.
WiFi didn't work on our floor, we had to sit in the stairwell by the WiFi box.
It is a small place so be prepared, but because it is cheap you have to make some sacrifices. It is an excellent, small cheap place.
Nothing- all good.
Too much noise outside, but I cannot blame the hotel for that :-).
Carpets need cleaning. A variation on their british breakfast would be appreciated.
There was quite a lot of street noise.
No elevator in the hotel.
Not a big problem is you are big and strong, but if you are old it may be a problem.
the walls were thin, and we had rather loud neighbours, so earplugs were not an unnecessary item in the suitcase.
Nothing! A super place to stay for one night en route to somewhere else!.
A little hard to find.
only one towel provided per person, nice to have a hand towel or one for my hair. shower took a while to heat up.
A bit noisy. I was on the ground floor and I could hear the
people upstairs.
Very noisy neighbours - 6 women sharing rooms either side of mine really noisy, banging doors whilst in and out of each others rooms prior to going out at 10pm the equally noisy when they came back at 2am. Not hotels fault but reception must have heard them and should have asked them to be more respectful of their other guests.
breakfast abit greasey , room not as it was on-line.
Room very small. Breakfast choice a little limited - no muesli available. Orange juice not good quality.
Hot water ran out in the evening.
The triple room is a little bit noisy. No negative comments.
Basement room was a bit scary, wall lights didn't work so very dark without main light on or tv, room too small for 3 people and noise from 5 in morning from kitchen staff preparing breakfast.
Room not very spacious, no elevator.
tiny reception.
a little cramped.
Room was very small.
Pokey access, sometimes luggage strewn. Very pokey (room 7) bedroom. Awful outlook onto extractors/ducting (food smells) and general filth/decay outside, filthy (outside surface) of window. Unacceptable lack of storage space and access only one side of double bed. only two coat hangers in the tinyest wardrobe ever seen in a hotel! Landing door crashing shut continuously from about 6.30am. Underground train rumble (not too intrusive).
I was in room 2, which was tiny, literally you open the door and walk into the bed, therefore getting ready in the morning was not easy.
The kettle was also too big to fit under the tap to fill!.
The room was very small but OK for one slim persin and if you know that all London hotels have quite small rooms there will be no unpleasant surprise. However, the hotel prices are extremely high in London!
Please, note that the only single room this hotel has is in the ground floor! And there is one room in the underground level, not sure everyone likes it...
(Basement room:) Mildewed shower curtain and a dozen little drain flies in the (not-in-room) bathroom, extremely creaky doors and stairs, and a window that opens into a workspace that gets busy at 6am.
Our bedroom was very poky and was right by the kitchen so that we were woken early by the clanking of dishes in the kitchen. Dreadful plastic flowers. Nothing like the pictures depicted on line.
The room was really tiny, to the point where my cell phone alarm bothered the neighbours, but thats the price u pay for premium location.
They ran out of hot water in the morning.
No AC - diffricult to sleep in very hot nights .
No Hot water on the 3rd Floor in the evening and morning.
Wifi doesn't work on the top floor. Fan in bathroom was very loud (for the size of the room) and I could only charge my shaver if the fan was on. At over £100 a night I'd have liked a biscuit to have with my tea In the morning breakfast was okay.
The management of this hotel is on a hard cheapstake mode despite of the high price, examples :
-Water of the shower was not really hot (after waiting 5 minutes with real cold water).
-Very minimal furnitures in the bedroom.
-Very minimal soap.
On the second night the room wasn't required, I spoke to booking
rooms and the hotel and they guaranteed 100% refund, when I checked out
the person on reception only gave me £85 of £140 odd charge. The hotel
is situated opposite a pub so is noisy and has drug deals taking place
outside at 4am in the morning.
The staff were unfriendly and location is not very good.
Ive stayed alone in a double room.. Still felt really small. Morning sleep was disturbed by the noisy staff talking about inappropriate things in a corridor.
basement room clean but very stuffy and also noisy from next door restaurant staff clattering about.Dripping pipe constant through the night. "Sounds of the underground" as Girls Aloud sang about were not the most welcoming after a busy day and night on the town !!! Breakfast not up to much.
