  Single room to roadside was clean and tidy, enough space, shower and toilet nearby on the aisle, but for privat use only, was clean and ok, breakfast in the Pub downstairs was continental, a little bit simple but sufficent (coffe/tea, toast, ham, cheese, cereals, juice, fruits), staff friendly and polite. Situated good (10min walk from Kilburn Und... co mówią ludzie » erground Station, 20min Jubilee Line ride to city center), Kilburn is very cosmopolite, so there is plenty opportunity nearby for excellent dining (or - Room was very spacious, and even had a cute old fashioned stove as an 'original feature' I assume. Wi-Fi was excellent. Table and chairs so you can eat in the room and not be on the bed which was nice. Also we had a sink, fridge, and stove etc in our room. Would've come in handy on a longer stay. Overall it proved a good option for us, as we have been to London several times before, maybe not the best for a first time visitor.

(na City i Canary Wharf) - the hotel was first class and the staff were extremly helpful and friendly the free courtasy bus was a real bonus as was the ferry service from the hotel to canary wharf. this is a highly recomended hotel. - Can not fault this hotel.   We were greeted at the door by (Monika, I think that was the lady's name), she was helpful and friendly. We were going to the O2 for a concert and she advised us of the bus we needed, the cost involved and the fact that the service ran 24 hours a day. We travelled into London during the second day and she confirmed that we could leave our car at... co mówią ludzie » the hotel at no expense, saving us a small fortune in parking expenses. Nothing was too much trouble, she was friendly, informative and couldn't of - We liked the friendliness, the location for the o2 arena was excellent nice big room very clean. We have lots of friends coming to various events and will recommend this hotel. Also we arrived early and leela kindly let us into our room.The owners young son was very friendly and helpful. We will return to this hotel.

  Very friendly staff. Nice new bathroom/shower. Well working heating (cold period during our stay). Excellent cooked English breakfast. - The breakfast was plain and simple
