  Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast.   I had a newly refurbished room which was excellent, however the old rooms are tired. The new rooms are a huge success and improvement. - the hotel staff was really helpful cos r car broke down and they help us out lots i would recommend this hotel to other people

  It was very convenient to transport the underground was just around the corner the above ground just down the street buses just in front and a 24 cab office almost next door making it easy to get around London the staff was extremely helpful and someone at the desk 24 hours. Great bathroom with lovely shower. Approx 4 mins walk from tube. The Bakerloo Line took us straight into Oxford Circus and then to Wembley later. We paid £60 for a Sat night which was really great value for money and would certainly go back.
