Decent enough room for the price, clean and everything worked. Overall decor not brilliant and a fridge in the room would have been nice but not major issues. Location excellent, 5 mins from Paddington tube, although in a fairly busy area no outside noise could be heard in the room.
Hotel advisable. Highlight the room cleanliness and the friendly and professional cleaning staff. so the same we emphasize the help and information prestadap by waitresses breakfast service did stay at the hotel very cozy. wszystkie opinie »
Good location (close to Paddington Station and facilities) good price
(less than £50 night for twin room) good sized room, comfortable bed.
It was strategically located in Central London. A few meters away from Bus stop and walking distance to Paddington Station.
I like the room. It is spacious. We booked the triple room, and we were given a room for four people.
Very friendly staff. Good value as booked on the internet. Close to Paddington station - easy walk.
Quiet location. Close to Paddington for Underground.
I would reccommed the hotel to any family.
The location of course. And they have a toilet inside the room although small.a bit expensive.
Location was nice, close to an underground. Staff was nice and the room was confortable.
Central for me Good Breakfast super staff.Value for money.
Helpful staff, reasonable rates, convenient location.
As I mention above the staff & location .
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
Good value, excellent location.
friendly staff, quiet room.
Amazing view and location.
Location. Breakfast.
Cheap and cheerful.
I did like the location .. The room is clean and tidy .. The bathroom is the smallest bathroom in the world , it's not comfortable .. The staff aren't flexible in check out .. It's good for group of friends.
The bed was very comfortable. The girl in the hotel was very pleasant and very accommodating. The shower was very powerful even if it was very cramped. It is a great location for central London.
Excellent location ! Some rooms quiet, the rooms face street noise.
Good value, clean room, convenient location for rail and tube.
Location is great for the main attractions of London.
Cleanliness, friendliness, value. good breakfast!.
Location and breakfast was good.
Friendly and helpful front desk.
Location is central.
Good location.
Cheap, clean,.
Location.
like the fact that all 4 of us fit in the room, on the ground floor, good location.
It was where I wanted to be in relation to the local overground rail station.
location is important for me, and a staff is so friendly.
Its central location and good transport facilities.
Rooms were clean, location is perfect.
Location to padding ton station.
Close to transport and city.
The breakfast was good.
The staff were great.
The location was nice.
Good localization.
Nothing.
Nothing about the hotel. Although have to say that the location was close to Paddington and Edgeware Road so plenty of paces to eat and grab a breakfast. also a few really nice pubs locally.
The location.
Location.
Lack of TV remote - do people really steal old remote controls when they stay in hotels?! Just really annoys me when no TV remote provided and I assume its because of the worry of them being stolen!.
Staff the reception should speak Spanish and other languages, as cootros amenities: breakfast and cleaning.
No Wi-Fi, tiny bathroom - but this is a budget hotel.
The toilet is too small.
No wi fi available in rooms (but could use the computer down stairs for no cost).
Small Bathroom.:-(.
some kids next door are annoying...and expensive.
The bathroom is the smallest I have ever seen.
Nothing.
Steep stairs, no lift, bathroom extremely small.
1.Bathroom is too small.
2. The Breakfast always iincludes same items .
no wifi in the room.
The breakfast is very poor.
No lifts. Steep stairs.
The only negative would be that the bathroom is tiny but for £30 you
can't really complain.
Actually I didn't like the bathroom .. The room is very hot I don't know why .
Space was at a minimum. The toilet and shower was very tight. The whole place could do with a makeover. Hotel looked very run down.
The receptionist got my credit card when I paid my room. One hour later I found that my credit card was gone , then I called the receptionist but he didn't look around for me and just say he didn't see it . Made trouble for me and finially I came back hotel it was in the reception !.
Had to check in at the Seymour hotel and then sent to stay at Alexander hotel about 200m away. Very small bathroom.
The rooms are dated and basic but we're clean.
Bathroom was too small. There was no elevator, the stairs were narrow.
Room was cold and tight.
Marginal breakfast. Small rooms and showers.
The employees at the reception need a refresh on good service skills.
Room Key policy.
room six flights up stairs.
guests smoking cannabis out side on front porch.
The room was small and although the weather was great the room was terribly hot. Shower really small.
Bathroom too small. Impossible for big people to have a decent accident free bath. TV does not give access to interesting channels. Only free channels.
Bath was really small, but it worked.
no air conditioning, the bathroom was so small, you fell out of it instead of stepping out. The noise level of the other guest especially late at night yelling outside the windows.
the room, the en-suite, the lack of facilities, the value for money, it was overpriced for what was available.
very very small room with very very small bathroom.
The size of the downstair quadraple room we got was about 15 m2, so
called bathroom (detailed also as toilett and shower) included. You
could hardly move in the room where there were four people staying.
Too old, too expensive (price of a 3*** and quality of a hostel) bathroom wasn't really a bathroom, breakfast was hostel quality (poor).
Lift was broken in October & not getting fixed till January
Shower constantly dripped & made floor very slippery
No assistance with luggage.
Leaking taps in shower no hot water rooms not cleaned properly beds just pulled up not made staff didn't care attitude.
Firtly, the hostel was in vacancies. I had to pay in other hotel
reception (besides) and to go to the another hotel, called Alexandra
hotel. The room was in 4th floor, without lift. The smell was terrible,
and the bathroom is not good. When you took a shower, the water
overflowed, it was clogged. I would never return and/or recommend in
this conditions.
We were booked in for the white house but were put into the seymour
hotel. The room at the Seymour was nothing like the pictures in the
website of the White House Hotel. The room was very small the bathroom
was like a matchbox. letsbookhotel.com should not have this hotel on their
books as they do not deliver on their website. I would not recommend
this Hotel to anyone.
No elevators, no wi- connection, the bathroom was not sufficient in terms of dimension and comfort.
Breakfast very very bad... Room not so clean... No wifi.. No air
condicioner...
Cramped, bathroom and toilet resembles a London telephone booth.
Glad to be away.
-paying 10 pounds deposit for remote control
- bathroom is a like vertical grave, too small
- the hotel you made reservation and the hotel you stayed have different names.
5 flights of stairs no lift no warning of this for 2 over 60s. Room not even in the white house hotel as booking but along the street in no94 . Made to pay for stay on arrival. No television handset in room on arrival. Only one towel per person. Only one pillow per bed. No warning that street is very noisy all night. Would not recommend to anyone.
£130 a night was at least £60 too much. The bedroom walls were running in damp, You could actually see the water marks running down the walls, Took photographs. A disgrace. We were however moved after complaining to one of their sister hotels but were told that was £150 a night, Ended up not paying the extra after arguing. Terrible ultra low quality continental breakfast with undrinkable orange juice and out of date Happy Shopper budget yoghurt !!. Would never ever stay here again.
the pictures in the web was bigger than when i came to the hotel
the bathroom very small like bathroom in a airplane !!
no WiFi !!!
room smell too nasty
i told for them many times i need other pillow they told we don't have !!!.
Staff was absent 8/10 times I either came to collect or return keys.
Once I had to wait half an hour at 11 pm as the recpeptionist had left
after locking the door with sign that said "back in few
mintures". He came gave me the keys and left again. When I phoned
from my room there was no response for another half an hour.
