The hotel was very clearn and comfortable to stay. Staffs are very friendly and supportive. I strongly recommend this hotel to everybody.

Very nice hotel - modern - good location for us - friendly staff

The room was quite small but okay - it was on a corner and some space may havwe been lost with the corner

The room was great, all facilities are first class and clean. Very good restaurant and the staff very kind. You have around the corner the Paddington station. Highly recomended hotel.

They have satellital tv, movies and internet on TV, but if you want to see local tv is impossible, you have to pay a package movies+internet about 20 pounds. You dont have access to printer. The shower drainage was somewhat occluded the first night but they resolved the next day. If you travel from Spain you need to bring electric converter, the hotel have some ones, but not many.

All-in a very enjoyable experience.

Service in Garfunkel's restaurant was poor on the Sunday morning and I didn't find the staff as competent as the hotel staff.

The staff are outstanding - professional, courteous and friendly. Theyshould all be knighted! Having an associated branch of Garfunkel's nextdoor is an added bonus - perfect for when you arrive late and tired andyou need a good fry-up. The rooms are tiny but spotlessly clean andvery comfortable. We have stayed here several times and will do soagain in future.

Loved the room. We were so surprised that for once a website understated the facilities. The room was perfect, spacious, well furnished and with lots of little 'extras'. However we were apparently upgraded from our original booking which was much appreciated. We will definately stay there again.

Typically British bed, quite lumpy. The linen was great though. Check out Hilton or Marriott beds which seem to be the ultimate in good beds. We do find London hotels very expensive but have stayed in some terrible hotels so have accepted that you usually get what you pay for.

Excellent rooms good value. Staff very helpful - booked our city tour and looked after our luggage.

Would have been even nicer if it had its own coffee bar just to have a snack. Was not over impressed with the restaurant attached.

Welcoming and helpful staff and a pleasant room. The convenience of the associated restaurant in providing a reasonably-priced meal without any need to tramp the streets was a special bonus as London was completely snowed-up at the time of our visit.

the hotel is very nice .. good location and nearly to paddington staions .. also is good price .. the staff is helping and everytime smile

Cleanliness, and layout of room and bathroom vy good, within a limited space. Room looked welcoming after long jouney, turning down beds and the little chocolate is such a nice touch.

Have stayed before so know this not always the case, but this time the room was more affected by noise outside, which was a shame.

We booked a king size room for two people. With luggage the room was very small. It was impossible to open your suitcase. For one person it is fine. But everything was very neat and clean.

the hotel was nice and very convenience to the underground stations, just across the road from the hotel entrance. Also lots of pubs and restauruants close by.

the only thing i could comment on was the size of the room. It was the smallest room i have ever stayed in and at £100 per night is was not the best value for money.

Our alarm clock had not been reset or switched off before our stay andautomatically went off as set by previous occupants, waking us andprobably other rooms at 5.00 am in the morning. Maybe this should havebeen checked by staff cleaning room

Room was lovely and comfortable. The hotel is right beside paddingtontube station which is brilliant because you can get anywhere in londonin a few minutes

The only thing i'd say is that the hotel is built over the tubestation so you can hear the trains passing below until they stop atnight. It isn't bad enough to disrupt sleep though and I would stay atthis hotel again

Location was excellent, close to Hyde Park and train services. Room was modern and service of a high standard.

The room and bathroom was a bit compact and the DBL bed was a bit on the small side. There was no closeline in the bathroom and not many hooks or places to hang or put toliettries or clothes.
