Excellent service, convient location, good food, really hard to fault any aspect.
Rather than not like, I'd say it's just worth noting that his is built in an old London building with limited space, so some of the rooms are tiny, not for the claustrophobic. If you need space this is not the hotel for you. If you don't care about space then this is a superb high quality hotel at a great price.

Room Nbr 1 - bad room - it's on the level -1 near the staff room - doors slamming from 6 a.m. all day long; views to the next room, in a step away. Not good...

Attentive and friendly staff. proud of their establishment (the chef showed his parents round the restaurant whilst we we there). Lovely rooms; quiet air conditioning. Fairly close to tube (Baker Street).
I liked the design of the room and lounge, the staff was very helpful and kind, the restaurant was excellent with good service, the bed was comfortable, and over all there was a feel of personal touch.
I think the room was a little expensive for such a small space (it was the smallest any room can get). In fact I found myself opening the cupboard to gain more space...

I loved this hotel. The staff is super professional and always with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious! Best continental breakfast I have ever come across in a London hotel - or anywhere really. Lunch and dinner also exceeded my expectations. Simply fantastic! Dorset Square Hotel is much more than just a fabulous hotel. Marylebone station is very close (2min walk) so location is great if you come from LHR/Paddington.
If you are a light sleeper probably best to try to avoid the rooms on the lower ground floor as you will hear a constant rumble of the tube. Not many places to eat around the Dorset Square Hotel - but then again, no need to go anywhere else when you have delicious food available right at your doorstep.Not a great area for shopping, but the Bakerloo Line takes you straight to central London in 10 min.

Location. Close to tube station. Very comfortable with good on site restaurant. Friendly staff who were very obliging.
No tea and coffee faclities and no ironing facilities. Realtivley costly given no inclsuion of breakfast. Breakfast charges quite high for what you get.
Lovely atmosphere with very friendly staff who were always helpful. Loved the radio in bathroom encouraged my singing which maybe wasn't a good thing

The ever-smiling stuff, the hotel compliments during my stay /daily newspaper, welcoming letter with chocolates, "sleep well" compliment/; the afternoon tea, served in the drawing room; the design of my superior double room was surprisingly impressive than expected. The website images for the superior rooms present them as rather cost effective hotel accommodation solution than 5 star fascility. However, my superior room was so exquisitely touched by the hotel designers, which even compensated the lack of the view.

I paid 450 pounds/night for a room with no access by lift. Four flights of stairs up, or a lift to the floor above and two narrow stairs down. For the price, I could have stayed on Park Lane: a better location and better facilities. Poor value for money.

Room so tiny .... Had to asked to be moved it felt claustrophobic ! No coffee / tea making in room / bottle of complimentary water would be nice at 350 pounds a room
