Great location just around the corner from Warwick Avenue tube, so you're only a few stops away from the centre of London. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and we we're upgraded to the JFK suite. The room was great, all facilities are first class and clean. Very good restaurant and the staff very kind. You have around the corner the Paddington station. Highly recomended hotel. - The hotel was very clearn and comfortable to stay. Staffs are very friendly and supportive. I strongly recommend this hotel to everybody.

Food in restaurant cafe was first class. Rooms well stocked with necessities and towels etc replaced frequently. Great location, shop to one side, small cheaper cafe to the other. 1 minute walk from Paddington tube station where there is an express tube to Heathrow!
