  The staff were plentiful and so accommodating. The girls at the front desk helped me with directions and theatre ideas and warm conversation. I never felt like I was traveling alone. Food is avail - It is a fantastic hotel. The location is perfect, just few blocks from Harrods, Armani, Burberry, Lacoste and many other stores. The English architecture associated to well decorated rooms and an incomparable staff make Egerton our place in London.

  I like the artsy, contemporary feel of the whole hotel - it feels like an understated and less visually disoriented W Hotel full of wonder, fun and craftiness. The bathroom was clean - typical Victorian style but with a modern touch. Staff, warm and cheerful. I like the idea that there was - The extremely courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiatic staff, made me feel happy and totally welcome from the moment that I arrived at the Ampersand, until the minute that I climbed into my taxi for the airport. Such an experience was like the first meeting and leaving of distant relatives. My husband and I have traveled extensively and we visit London every 2 years.
