excellent location, you could get on a bus right outside the front door which could take you straight to oxford circus, or walk 5 minutes and get the tube.
the room was lovely and spacious, more than enough room for 4 of us, and the kitchen was an added bonus.
the front desk staff were friendly and very helpful!

Location was great. Rick in reception was very helpful, cheerful & friendly. Kitchen staff were very obliging at breakfast which was very nice. The rooms were basic & 'tired' but clean. The beds were very comfy. A no frills hotel. -
The staff couldn't do enough, the hotel was clean and the breakfasts were lovely.

This was our second reservation and all was very good. The room was on the street level and most helpful. The breakfast was great. - Basic room with en-suite, but comfortable. Polite and friendly staff. Although only 1 night stay, I would return again. 3 min walk to Paddington station.

Location is outstanding, on a very quiet street of all small hotels with a park the length of the street. Very close to Paddington. Good pubs and restaurants steps away from hotel. Furniture barely fits in room so we did a little rearranging to make it work for us. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Front desk reception staffed 24 hours; nice not

The receptionist made us feel at home once we checked in. Very helpful
and cheerful, even managed to get us the discounted ticket and beat the
queue at London Zoo! And the location was perfect! Short walking
distance from Paddington station, in the middle of bus lane, surrounded
by lush garden and near to good restaurants. Oxford street is 20 mins
away max by bus.

The staff's manners, friendliness and their overall willingness to please clients. Excellent customer service, and every morning we looked forward to breakfast where the young ladies were available to make toast and assist but stood back politely. What lovely manners!

Polite staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The most impotent thing - really good location! There's beautiful Hyde Park next to a hotel, you can easy walk to Oxford street, Paddington underground station's in 5-minutes walk. I like this hotel, I'm going to stay here again :)
