We had a 2 bedrooms apartment (including 2 bathrooms) which was perfect in every way - the kitchen was brand new and provided with everything we could hope for on a weekend stay. We were there in the middle of the longest heat wave in current history, unfortunately, this hotel, like most places in London do not have air conditioning.   The location was fabulous! Entry into the building was very secure. We had issues with the shower and toilet and the response time to get it fixed was great. Upon arrival the staff met with us on time and at the location with all the information needed. Additionally, there were extra keys since we had quite a few people. I cannot fault the service they gave, the apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location excellent. It was a birthday treat for my wife and with a couple of friends had a great time. Thanks. Geoff.
