The staff (2 different employees) went out of their way to support us on
independant matters. It was very well appreciated ! We had a 2 bedrooms
apartment (including 2 bathrooms) which was perfect in every way - the
kitchen was brand new and provided with everything we could hope for on
a weekend stay. Direct bus line to the Eurostar on the other side of the
street, 2 subway lines at 5+ min walk?. wszystkie opinie »
Nicely maintained 2 bedroom apartment. Good restaurants and pubs in
area. We were there in the middle of the longest heat wave in current
history, unfortunately, this hotel, like most places in London do not
have air conditioning. We had three good fans and being on the second
floor helped. Lots of space in the 2 bedroom apt.
Accommodation and finish were generally of high quality after recent
renovation. In milder weather it would be a comfortable place to stay.
Space
Very comfortable beds - 2 great nights sleep
Good standard cooking facilities
Good bathroom facilities.
It's a fantastic flat!! Really good. It's not too central but I was using cabs anyway.
I really recommend.
Very comfortable beds in all 3 rooms, a good location and a visit to the meat market is a must.
very spacious unike the majority of london hotels . not noisy , good beds . very clean.
Atmospere of the place.
Decent way of the stuff.
Facilites of the kitchen.
The layout of the apartment was superb , and so very clean.
Well furnished
Clean
Very good location
Excellent staff.
very comfortable beds
great value
fantastic staff.
good location.
Clean. Look around to get the best deal. Ours worked out at just over £40pp and it was fantastic for the price.
Really comfortable and the staff where helpful.
Tesco's nearby. .
Open span living, kitchen and washing machine, no dishwasher. The area
has a great nightlife around and as our apartment was at the back with
no view it also meant that there was no noise. I would only recommend to
business travelers .
Proximity to city.
Staff and checking in/ checking out could use some attention. Their
system had problems with 2 of my credit cards and made us very anxious
and frustrated when checking in. The problem had nothing to do with my
account, but they were not very apologetic about the anxiety it caused
us at the beginning of our trip.
In the hottest week of the year, the failure to provide air
conditioning, or at least to see to the welfare of guests by other
means, made for a miserable time: much too hot 24 hours a day, sleep
difficult, and no proper response from bridgestreet management.
Don't stay in summer until they provide a/C. Several units face
west, and get very hot, but so does the building as a whole.
Lift not working throughout our stay and we were on 5th floor.
Heating not set properly so despite arriving on quite a cold winters day temperature in flat was stifling. Had to keep windows open most of time and turn off radiators.
Hot water boiler on the other hand was switched off and we had cold showers on first morning.
Both issues remedied eventually through trial and error but no instruction booklets or advice on this in apartment.
I only missed the Safe.
A fair bit of travel if you need to be on the west side of town.
not much to dislike . The bathroom tap did not want to give cole water in any posistion . the bathroom fans took far too long to switch off when activated.
Little bit expensive.
Channel programs of the tv are limited.
Spiral staircase , but it served it's space saving purpose.
Cleaning frequency.
tv didn't work
shower was ok.
dishwasher and clothes dryer not really functioning.
Internet connection is complicated; I paid for internet and was not possible to use it for more than one machine.Watch out parking is £17.50 + VAT. If you are staying at the weekend you can park on nearby streets. .
Doors slammed shut between the bedrooms, expensive with no one emptying
the bin or somewhere that we could empty the rubbish, I stayed for 7
nights and never got a welcome gift as promised.
no taxi calling service.
