Central London location, close to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall, although not that close to any tube station. I had a single room with ensuite, which was nice. Can access rooms via a lift, which is good. There is a walk to breakfast, but not a problem. Liked the communal atmosphere - the uni bar is at the bottom of the courtyard and people sit around on the grass enjoying a beverage.

The Seraphine on Kensington High Street is friendly, clean and comfortable. I booked a single room which was certainly compact but well equipped and good. The bed was very comfortable and it wasn't stuffy or hot. The shower room was attractive and had good quality fittings. Breakfast was excellent with a very pleasant atmosphere in the dining room

Kensington station. Across the road from Kensington park and Kensington
palace. Walking distance to Royal Albert Hall. You can walk to Harrods
if it's not raining. The location is amazing with great shops near
by. Really I would recommend this hotel.

Friendliness of staff and helpfullness whilst remaining professional and courteous. pokoj, czystosc - The whole hotel. The room was nice, modern and clean; the bathroom was very big, looked new and clean, the backyard is a fairy tale (lucky us, we where there just the day of the big snowfall!! Such and amazing thing to see). Complimentary coffee and tea in the room were great for such cold days. It was very silent during our stay.
