Everything was perfect, very comfortable rooms, clean, location was great and very good service. We had to do a late check out and they were very nice and arranged everything we needed. Very good gym facility. Additionally all the soft drinks are complimentary and nespresso machine and tea available in the room, very convenient. Definitely recommend!

Staff is very kind, they allowed us to leave our staff in the hotel before check-in and after check-out free of charge. The room service breakfast is very good, the "Montcalm breakfast" easily serves two and is then quite a good deal. Very good attention to detail to the smaller things. Outstanding cleanliness. Incredibly polite staff. The decor was superb, which coupled with the above gives weight to the 5 star rating
