  Very good - hotel spotless. It must be noted that I am in agreement that the hotel rooms are very small. It may help to put in the room dimensions in. If you were a 'larger' than average build you may struggle. The Staff were fantastic, very polite and couldnt do enough for you - even opening up a bottle of my own wine to drink in my room. Very good gym facility. Additionally all the soft drinks are complimentary and nespresso machine and tea available in the room, very convenient. Definitely recommend!

The room service breakfast is very good, the "Montcalm breakfast" easily serves two and is then quite a good deal. Very good attention to detail to the smaller things. Outstanding cleanliness. Incredibly polite staff. The decor was superb, which coupled with the above gives weight to the 5 star rating

  We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location.
