The staff was extremely helpful and kind! They upgraded out room, provided us with free wifi, make excellent suggestions about where to eat and what all to do. I can't say enough about the staff and the amazing rooms! They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

Close to Paddingtion station, the room is clean, excellent service - it has the most courteous staff. Well-trained and really good-mannered. The room was very well sound proofed given its proximity between Paddington station and the dual carriageway. Plus the pool, gym and sauna was a bonus. from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

Central London location, close to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall, although not that close to any tube station. I had a single room with ensuite, which was nice. Can access rooms via a lift, which is good. There is a walk to breakfast, but not a problem. Liked the communal atmosphere - the uni bar is at the bottom of the courtyard and people sit around on the grass enjoying a beverage.

The location was superb as a base for sightseeing London and shopping (Harrods in walking distance!). Great for families wanting to visit the museums as they are on its doorstep (museums were fantastic!). The rooms although small are modern, clean and have opening windows, and nice ensuite shower.
Staff friendly and breakfast menu offered a lot of choice.
Everything was in close proximity to bedrooms, (refectory, swimming pool, bar and restaurant).
