They provided a 1/2 litre of milk, bread & jam and some single
serve cerial boxes. Private off street parking for 1 vehicle was large
enough for our big American truck. There is a park right across the
street for kids to play! Apartment is also all on one floor with only
one step to enter. They charge you immediately for room when you book,

friendly. They went above and beyond to help us with our trip and to
make sure we were comfortable with our stay. The breakfasts were great
and they even made other guest's meals that weren't even on the
menu!! They both work really hard and long hours and always have a smile
on their faces. They made the start of our trip to Edinburgh.

Isabel and Harry were the perfect hosts. On our arrival, seeing my husband had a disability our room was immediately changed to a first floor room from a second floor room, without even asking. Molly and Roxy the family dogs were adorable and very friendly. We have no problem recommending and staying here again, fantastic.

The owner is very easy going, trying her best to provide you with the best living experience. Clean and comfy room which is more than I bargain for. I wish Abbotsford Guest House can appear in other countries so I don't need to spend time searching for a good hotel anymore. Breakfast is nicely made. I see no drawbacks at all! Totally worth it!
