  Truly excellent. We were upgraded to a 2 bed suit which was superb but event at the full price it will not disappoint. Can not rate the facilities, location and gardens highly enough. - The rather grand entrance sets the scene for the hotel, clean, modern and classy. Friendly staff made our stay most pleasurable.

  Overall a very positive experience. Large spacious rooms, modern but very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Super location close to Tube Station, Chelsea / Kensington. There are a variety of restaurants near the hotel including Chinese, Indian and Greek although since we weren't too hungry we picked up a sandwich and dessert from the M&S in Paddington Station and ate it in the room.
