  I truly experienced this hotel in every aspect and overall, my stay was exceptional!!!!! When I checked in, although I booked a twin room, they offered me a double room and even toured me through both to allow me to see them before making my choice. Whimsical, luxurious touches e.g. artistic swan sculpted from towels; pleasant rooms for dining. Convenient location for underground (short walk to Earl's Court) and some major cultural and other sights.

  We stayed in an executive studio and couldn't be more satisfied! The staff were really nice and friendly, the studio was spacious, clean and had everything you could possibly ask for.   I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.
