  On arrival we were told that we had been upgraded to a club room in their sister hotel the "Mountcalm" that is located across the road. All the staff where very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and stylishly decorated with a super king sized bed.   from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

  Tak - The location is perfect, the room was really cleaned and nice with a beautiful bathroom and a nice view on London. Staff is nice and the breakfast was excellent. - The staff were all very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.
