The position was great, I never felt threatened in the area. Great staff, very friendly and super helpful. The facilities were adequate and clean. A great hostel for the budget traveller in central London. Made lots of friends.

The location of the hostel is in a prime location. The value for my 5 day stay was adequate and within my budget. The staff are young, knowledgable/ efficient and very friendly. I stayed in a mixed dorm and managed to make new friends with almost all my room mates. I loved the experience and will definitely be coming back. I suggested your hostel to some friends and colleagues.

I like the no fuss "fit for purpose" room accommodation which fitted my budget visiting London. The rooms and beds are clean. The shared toilets and bathrooms are cleaned daily. The proximity to Earls Crt station and within Zone 1 Underground stations met my touristy needs. We also needed the kitchen facilities and coin operated clothes washing & drying equipment . The free brochures and information on London & UK available in the lounge is most helpful to overseas travellers like me!
