  Odd entrance but staff were excellent to us over our stay better than any other place that I have stayed. location was perfect for stay being just off the main roads but still quiet with minimal traffic noise.   We booked this hotel for a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. The hotel was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube station.   Very nice location literally directly across the street from Hyde Park and 1 minute from a tube stop. It felt like a safe location, even at night. The apartments are comfortable and there is a 24hr front desk that is helpful. I would stay here again but don't expect a late checkout but besides that we were very happy.

  Went as a group of two couples and one single person for an overnight stay prior to a day at Chelsea Flower Show.The staff were extremely helpful when I phoned with a few questions prior to booking. The rooms and shower facilities were clean, with clean bedding and large bath-towels! Luggage storage before and afte - Reasonable price, excellent location near Victoria and easy to find. The room was nice. Comfy bed, tv in room, clean. Breakfast was ok - toast (they could top this up more), croissants, cereal, yoghurt, tinned fruit, coffee machine, staff were friendly when I was making a mess! Free wifi in my room even in the attic, tea tray which was nice. They had an iron which was good. Excellent hairdryer.

  Zdziwienie wzbudziło to że w pokojach nie ma łazienki gdzie przy standardzie 2 gwiazdek powinna być.....i za taka cenę. Ale w sumie blisko do metra i generalnie jak ktoś na jedna noc przyjeżdża to hotel ok. choć nie ma fajerwerków:) - Nic!!!
