Very clean with a modern but warm ambiance. Whimsical, luxurious touches e.g. artistic swan sculpted from towels; pleasant rooms for dining. On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner

I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room. Kitchen and 2 bedrooms was nice for the extra room, especially in a city. The location was excellent - restaurants and grocery stores and pubs were close. It was also close to the tube where we could go into many areas of London and it was also a tube stop from the Heathrow airport - very convenient. -

pokoj, czystosc - The whole hotel. The room was nice, modern and clean; the bathroom was very big, looked new and clean, the backyard is a fairy tale (lucky us, we where there just the day of the big snowfall!! Such and amazing thing to see). Complimentary coffee and tea in the room were great for such cold days. It was very silent during our stay.

B&B was very clean & comfortable adequate amount of towels, tea/coffee facilities with a choice of hot drinks in room. Good selection of toiletries in the bathroom, cooked breakfast/cerals is served in your room (no fruit). Very central in London, but outside of conjestion zone (sky tv in room with movie channels). Mr T was very helpful

... co mówią ludzie » room; wonderfully quiet (I could not hear the next door guests at all); I also found the staff very courteous and helpful; - it was very relaxed, the staff were very helpful, clean and spacious rooms and i was particularly surprised that you had smoking rooms, for once i diddn't feel like a second class citizen. also our non smoking freinds do not smoke, and they were worried that the room would smell of smoke, which it diddn't. we would definatly stay there again, thankyou for making our weekend so enjoyable.
