Appartment had excellent facilities. - The passcode protected information that was provided on how to access the buidling and ammenities was easy to follow giving me a sense of security. Extremely well kept facility. Five minute accessibility to restaurants, transportation and supermarkets was the highest point for our family of four.

Nicely maintained 2 bedroom apartment. Good restaurants and pubs in
area. We were there in the middle of the longest heat wave in current
history, unfortunately, this hotel, like most places in London do not
have air conditioning. We had three good fans and being on the second
floor helped. Lots of space in the 2 bedroom apt.

We were travelling with 2 kids over a weekend. The location is very near to Fleet Street-Blackfrairs station, it was quiet and a secure surroundings. It was also a good size for a family of four to stay in comfortably. The reservations manager couldn't have been more helpful both before and during our stay. I would book the apartment again if the opportunity came up.

The facilities throughout the apartment were more than adeqate for our city visit and although we were only in London for 2 nights I would gladly of used this apartment for a much longer visit.

the apartment was lovely, clean and modern with every comfort. The heating was so good we had to turn it down. It is only 2 minuites walk to the tube station and very central to all attractions. The staff were excellent even thought we arrived late at night.
The apartment was spacious and had 2 lovely bathrooms. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in London. It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms. from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing
