  Robert was very hospitable, friendly, and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was very tasty, even if it was just non-cook fare. It was all very healthy. The room was huge and the sheets were very comfortable to sleep on! The place was very conveniently located near eateries open until late, pharmacies, and a nice supermarket. Close to 3 underground stations and to Oxford Street. It has a familiar atmosphere and the people running the hotel are very nice, helpful and friendly. It is safe and the location is safe surroundings. It is very clean, beds very comfortable, and rooms are very spacious. Good value for money. Breakfast is good. Has wifi everywhere.

We were given a late check out and when my son left a valuable item in the apartment, a member if staff went and got it and secured it until it was collected.   The place was spaceious for an apartment in london, it was clean and the location was perfect; in the shopping street and near 2 undergound stations and 3 bus stops not to mention the hyde park and edgwar road.. totally love it - Excellent location, great facilities. Ok value for money.
