Made to feel very welcome with drinks on the patio on arrival. Room very clean and modern and perfect location to walk into town. We were able to leave our bags all day after checkout which saved a lot if discomfort carrying these around on a very hot day. The owner was,very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to others and return.

The staff were fantastic, the rooms were lovely and we were given a room upgrade on arival.
The on site resturaunt it amazing with fantastic fresh produce and it is lovely eating there whilst looking out onto the loch.

I have 2 small dog and this was no problem with the hotel the food was really good and we enjoyed the swimming pool. Modern clean rooms with excellent shower room, especially liked the shower gel supplied in wall dispenser gorgeous smell, the hand soap dispenser was the same, we stayed in room 9.
The hotel in general had a nice cosy feel to it.
Excellent staff, extremely helpful, cheery friendly and efficient, I travel a fair bit and these were the best I had encountered in quite a while.
The breakfast was lovely, yet again served by friendly cheery efficient staff.
