  The staff were very friendly and helpfull even though they had a wedding in it did not affect our stay we arrived early and they looked after our luggage while we went for a walk also when we checked out they looked after it untill we went to the airport. and value for money we have stayed at other hotels in the past that have been a lot dearer tha... co mówią ludzie » n this one and not as good and breakfast was nice - I don't have a single negative thing to say about the Rocpool Reserve. It was a most enjoyable stay, with the staff there adding to it with being so friendly and helpful throughout.

  Beautiful guest house with visitors' comfort in mind. Lovely decor, comfortable and exceptionally quiet. The included breakfast was prepared to order and provided a wide range of choices. Our sightseeing day in the Inverness area didn't go exactly according to plan, and we were grateful we'd had that great breakfast! Inverness is not a terribl - A lovely and very comfortable bedroom and en-suite with lots of nice touches e.g. Toiletries including bath salts, information file on where to eat/ what to do and a DVD player in the room. The breakfast was delicious and plentyful. There was ample parking and even a guest living room. All of this and only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Inverness.
