  This is an exceptional hotel. Staff will do everything to make your stay welcome. We were totally relaxed from the minute we arrived and our bags were collected from the car and taken to our room.   The location was excellent, the arrangements were incredibly easy. The thoughtfulness to provide parking permits was welcome and the accommodation was superb for 4 adults. - The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my specific needs. The accommodation was to a high standard. I would use and recommend them in future.

  Apartments were perfect location with the Valley Gardens just opposite and wine bars and eateries in abundance. Well planned access and we parked just outside and purchased a parking permit which was well worth it. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable and very clean. It was a home from home. Perfect for our needs. I would recommend it for a family of 4 also. Street parking nearby which would be the only downside if you don't want to pay. Didn't effect us though as we left each day before payment was required.

We had completed the "Special Requirements" part of the booking form regarding check in time and received a call from the Brasserie on the same day who were happy to help and accomodate our request.
