We really enjoyed the cooked breakfast but the continental table didn't have much on it. - Excellent leisure facilities-lovely pool -Room service real haute cuisine-felt like a filmstar! Staff brilliant-i lost an earring and rang themnext day-they had found it and posted it on to me thanks richard forgoing the extra mile!!

Everything from the greeting from the staff at the reception to the layout and the quality of the room was excellent.
Hotel is in a great location and as the building was a former period university building all the rooms will all have slight variation in layout and views!

A comfortable hotel in great location ten minutes walk into centre of town but still quiet enough in the evenings.Attached bistro and wine bar underground was excellent and very easy when staying. Great selection of wines. Staff especially attentive and helpful -we recommend this one.

Using this form on my smart phone and in section 2 the ratings didn't have markers to show what each circle stood for. I marked the last circle in each category assuming it meant very good or excellent. We were very happy with the generously sized family room, access to the food court and staff. Was very handy for our trip to Cambridge and would use it again.

Everything was 100% perfect for my stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful to my needs and requirements, the room was beautiful and very well equipped and the hotel in general was kept to an extremely high standard. I paid for four star, and I received four star. I would definitely stay there again and probably will sooner rather than later

The Landlady was very friendly and nothing was any trouble. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean, I have stayed in many hotels in my life and appreciate cleanliness. The accommodation was within easy access to the city centre with a good bus service.

The room I ended up with is fabulous - big, lots of storage, huge flatscreen tv, and a terrace outside just for the couple of rooms which open onto it. This is in the new wing which has been refurbished to a very high standard. The owners are fantastic and can't do enough to make your stay as comfortable as they can.

We had a really good stay for the folk festival. The rooms were lovely, the beds super comfortable and the cooked breakfast definitely the spot in the morning. We would recommend the place to anyone wanting to stay a bit further out from the city center. As our destination was cherry Hinton hall it was perfect! -

The owner, Chris, was extremely nice, friendly and helpful with whatever I needed, e.g. fixing immediately a window a bit hard to close, doing whatever he could to prepare an espresso (he did not have any in the house that morning so he went to get some from his own house). Near to the city centre with excellent bus services on the doorstep - we used our bus passes twice a day there and back. LCD minute countdown at bus stop accuratly tells you how long to wait for each bus. Very clean with friendly staff. A good range of traditional English and continental selections at breakfast.
