my friend and i stayed overnight before leaving on a holiday. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were going to go into the airport for an evening meal but having looked at the menu we decided to stay in. Both of us enjoyed the food which was of a very good quality.
The room we had booked was a twin room and was not at all cramped.

Good location, ideal base for our visit to the lg Arena to see Meatloaf.
After the conceret, we were looking for somewhere to eat and were
pleasantly surprised at what was available at the hotel at such a late
time, 11:20pm. We were even more surprised at the quality of the food
that was provided, really tasty and extremely well presented.....and
also great value. The lager also....£3.10 A pint.....30p cheaper than my
local! Getting to the lg Arena was alos a doddle tahnks to the monorail

The Hotel is clean and very ideally located next to the airport which is why I stopped here, for the price it was a really good find. Would recommend this hotel to anyone catching a train or flight out of Birmingham international as although it is next door to the train station, airport, NEC and a busy road you couldn't hear much noise when the wi

The staff were amazing - friendly and accommodating. The hotel was
lovely and our twin room was gigantic!! There were more of our party
staying at the Hilton, but the Ramada's location was so much
better!! Easy to get to/from the train station, nec centre etc. I
was so happy with it, it exceeded my expectations by miles! And such
great value for money too. Please thank all the staff, best customer
service I've had in ages! :-)

the hotel staff were friendly and provided a brilliant service better than many top class hotels we have stayed at in the UK and Abroad. We were so relaxed after a night stay that we felt hat we had been away for longer. - situated close to NEC and main routes to and from Birmingham, cleanliness of the room and the facilities inside the room. The hotel was very clean. We had a beautiful room. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely. We have sent an email to the hotel telling them how nice it was. - The rooms were lovely and the facilities excellent, especially knowing we were paying a bargain price!

Fantastic facilities for the price, gym and swimming pool, provide you
with a towel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was nice
and clean. It's a good proximity to the lg arena. Took us 10 minutes
to walk there and they've signposted it. Really enjoyed our stay and
next time we visit the lg for a concert well be returning.

As we arrived the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was
very clean and comfortable.As we were staying for one night to see a
concert at the lg Arena we did not use any of the facilities but
again the staff were extremely helpful when we needed to book a taxi
to the arena. Also the bar area was very good although it was busy
the staff again made it easy to get served as they were very
organised and fast. The food we ordered came quickly and was very
good with good sized portions.
