The hotel was very clean. We had a beautiful room. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely. We have sent an email to the hotel telling them how nice it was. - The rooms were lovely and the facilities excellent, especially knowing we were paying a bargain price!

I only stayed one night, as we were flying from Birmingham International, the receptionist was very helpful and booked us a taxi for the morning. The hotel was very nice and clean. - Friendly staff, good information available, very high standard of accommodation.

... co mówią ludzie » l in giving us exactly what we asked for in a room with a bed and sofa bed and a walk in shower we were comfortable room service was good and food was served hot. - Ease of access to the NEC--- 2 minutes walk through terminal 1 to the mono rail which runs every 2 minutes. A one minute ride and then 10 minute, moslty covered walk.

The owners of the hotel/guest house and their family were very friendly.
Accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable with quality toiletries in the bathroom.
There were extras in the rooms such as towelling robes, slippers, soft drinks, bottled water, crisps, biscuits, tea, coffee, (complimentary).
Nothing was too much trouble for the owner

Cannot fault this hotel. Very home from home. Set in a quiet location on the edge of a housing estate with a park/nature reserve to the side. Great owners who were very welcoming and attentive and who couldn't do enough for us. Hotel has nice touches such as the complimentary mini bar. Lovely room and good breakfast to start the day. Close to NEC,10 to 15 minutes walk to/from the local station and 4 minutes on the train to Birmingham International. Thanks again for a great stay. Will stay again

Very friendly welcome, helpful staff, spotlessly clean room, large choice of teas/coffees in room, bottled water replenished daily, good quality toiletries including toothpaste - very useful! Julie and her sister were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived.
It was very handy for the N.E.C., with a bus stop just round the corner. The railway station has free parking, and is a short drive away, making it easy to get into town or to the exhibition/conference centre and airport.
We would visit again without hesitation..
