Bus i - From the moment we stepped in, the place was inviting. The check-in process was fast and easy as they were expecting us and I only needed to provide my first name...no annoying paperwork. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort.   The whole atmosphere and surroundings were great. Really enjoyed it. It was easy to get to with good links to the City, we actually walked in to Bath but it was a nice day and not in a rush.   We stayed last weekend for my friends Hen weekend as a group of 15 in a range of ages. From the second we booked till the time we left the service was incredible! It was a very short stay however hotel was extremely helpful to mark the special occasion as requested Thank you - The staff were extremely tentative and catered to our every needs, especially on the 6 course taster menu and providing wheat free alternatives.
