I arrived at 1.30 in the morning and was a little anxious trying to find the entrance but when I entered the hotel my anxiety diminished and I fell into the lovely bed encased in soft linens; such a restful atmosphere. When we made the reservation we asked for a quiet room with a good view and to be away from the bar area if possible. We got just that, our room was on the other side of the hotel well away from the kitchen and bar area so it was very quiet, and we had superb views. We were upgraded free of charge, the room was beautiful, the staff really helpful and pleaseant and we ordered room service. The food was lovely. What did I like? - everything. The location was perfect - conference centre, Albert Dock, city centre on your door step. The room was surprisingly spacious and breakfast was fantastic. the apartment was complete with cooking utensils and eating cutleries which made our stay so much easier. it's like having your home when you're traveling. there is not much noise heard although it is exactly opposite to the Central station. there is a lot of shops around, thus eating around is not a problem if cooking yourself is not an option. t

Completely new hotel with excellent location in the city center. Spacious apartment included very comfortable bed, big flat TV, small kitchen (with all the equipment), large bathroom and free wi-fi. Nice and polite staff - we received wi-fi code and free city map automatically at check in. At check out we needed to catch a flight very early in the morning, they called us a private taxi which cost less than 14 pounds (better rate than standard taxi). Would definitely stay again.

The hotel it's self was fab! Really modern and clean. The restaurant and bar facilities were brill and there was even a Wii to play on in reception. The room was very spacious and clean, big comfy bed and modern bathroom with power shower. There was also a Ipod docking station which we made good use of. The hotel is located closed to Liverpool One and many attractions, including Albert Dock. There are many restaurants nearby, also some fast food chains and budget friendly meals (eg. fish & chips).
Parking is available in the building across the street with discount rate (ticket to be collected from hotel reception), if guess brings their own cars. A Tesco supermarket is located in this building.

The location was excellent. Immediately opposite Lime Street Railway
Station, and just around corner from Bus Station and shopping just a few
steps further. Also near to St Georges Hall and the Walker Art Gallery.
The staff throughout were friendly and very helpful, particularly our
room maid and Kathy in the restaurant at breakfast. Good selection in
the restaurant for breakfast, and dinner was superb.
