  The room was spacious comfortable, homely warm and spotless. The bathroom was more than adequate and sparkling clean. The staff especially June were friendly and professional, we were met with a hot drink and given full instructions about the Hotel and information where to eat locally. This Hotel is in a perfect location for Liverpool Airport and not that far from the train station. We will - When we arrived we were offered hot drinks while the receptionist explained safetyguide lines and meal times. Even though we were close to John Lennon Airport we did not hear any aircraft noise. We did not hear any noise from other guests at all.The whole place looked as though it had been newly painted, the carpets were clean and appeared to be new. The on suite was again sparkling and the fan and heater assured comfortable bathing. ...

  me and my boyfriend stayed at the hale guest house for one night, our stay there was amazing. we where made feel welcome straight away by Billy who greeted us at the door and showed us up to our room. breakfast was great and served when suits you. It only takes 10 minutes and 2 pounds on the 82A bus (direction Runcorn) to get to the Hale Village Post Office and then it is a 2 minute walk to the guesthouse. Best food close by is the Wellington pub - they have free WI-FI as does the guesthouse. Billy gave me a lift to the airport in the morning.

  The look of the building is every inviting.. ''olde worlde ''more like a castle..in a nice suberb of liverpool.. nice friendly helpful staff & a varied menu with plenty of beers on tap...our room was large-ish with en-suite bathroom T.V. Reco - Welcome when i arrived was friendly and very warm. The size of the room i booked. The huge car park meant my car was safe. The helpfullness of the staff,even getting an extra heater for our room(it would have been fine for us but my 12 week old son was complaining). The pub and food downstairs was reasonably priced and tastey,and full of locals. The bed was super comfy. The security;we had a room key,corridor key and frobt door key. I felt safe here.

The location was perfect as I left my car there when I arrived and did not get into it again until I left as it was less than £5 into the centre for a taxi which was cheaper than £6.30 bus fare of £2.10 each.
