Excellent location, just 5 minutes to the Bangla Road, boiling with
night life. When you go across the Bangla Road the beach is right in
fort of you. Several massage places, choice of a variety of restaurants
are all around. You will find many small counters along the road selling
tickets to various entertainment and trips. You have to bargain to get a
good price. The room has a reasonable size, clean and neat in design.
There is no disturbing noise around. I enjoyed living in this hotel.

Location was very central. Good bed. Everything worked. Fully fitted put kitchen. Full size fridge. Washing machine. Relaxing balcony with top view. Annie was the most helpfull host you ever meet. Had the two bedroom apartment on a quiet ninth floor. But if you get noisy neighbours you could be in trouble. -

The important aspects for me are - location, quiteness and security, then staff and cleanliness. The Priew Wan Guesthouse was excellent in all aspects.
Location: excellent - very quite area and within easy walking distance to anywhere.
Security: felt as though my belongings and myself were safe all the times.

The staff did an exceptional job to accommodate the the best of their abilities my "long overdue.." holiday in any way possible making me feel right at home!
All staff but especially Mr.Chandandeep was an exceptional host which I will remember for many years to come with whom I managed to created an exceptional personal relationship within a matter of days as he truly treated me as his guest within his establishment!
I highly recommend it for as far as value for money goes and for the services
