efficiency of staff, helpfulness, comfort of room, - The hotel was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely, the room was very nicely decorated; the attention to detail was excellent. Definately far superior to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in, even better than some 5 star hotels.

They checked us in even though we arrived early in the morning. The room was comfortable and spacious; very near to the train station; easy access and nice having the airport shuttle. The offer that I had was fairly good value.
Zurich is expensive, and the price was ok for what was on offer.
The location is a short (10- 14 Minute) tram ride from the centre, with a tram stop more or less outside the hotel.
Breakfast good but expensive if not included with the package, and a "quick" breakfast on offer.
The hotel was quiet.
The bar was functional, and barstaff friendly.
I would probably stay there again
