The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable. The free wifi was a real bonus as was the complimentary tea and coffee in the reception area. The breakfast room was beautiful and the service very good. The location was fantastic and thankfully the hotel is on the quieter side of the old quarter which meant that one wasn't disturbed by people coming out of the bars and cafés late at night.

The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful in all aspects of my stay, and always polite and obliging. It was very peaceful and relaxing in the evenings when I retired to bed after an active day of sightseeing. I enjoyed it and would most definitely stay again when visiting family.

efficiency of staff, helpfulness, comfort of room, - The hotel was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely, the room was very nicely decorated; the attention to detail was excellent. Lovely hotel, perfect location but the staff was a standout. All of them were genuine and helpful. In particular the concierge, Ishaq Gardizy, was amazing. The room I booked, though expensive, has the value. The overall feeling of interior, river & city view are excellent. Hotel location is also good.
The machine that provides fresh orange juicy for breakfast is outstanding.
The adjustable bed is considerate.

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your
needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the
city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the
airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently
excellent. The Spa and rooftop pool overlooking the city - Spectacular!! -

The room was clean and confortable, there was free wi-fi, check-in is closed on Moday evening but the owners did send a mail with all the instructions for self check-in in case of their absence, and everything did work very well. -
